The Instructor:
Jack Alexander, a former CFO turned consultant, author and business professor, is the discussion leader for our seminars and workshops. Jack is the founder and CEO of Jack Alexander and Associates LLC. Prior to founding this consulting practice, Jack held a number of senior financial and operational management positions at EG&G Inc., a global $2.5B technology and services Company. He served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and as Vice President and Corporate Controller.
Jack is a Senior Lecturer at Babson College, where he has taught managerial finance and advanced finance electives in the MBA program, including valuation, strategic investments and M&A and presently is active in the College’s school of executive education. He is a frequent speaker on shareholder value and business performance management. Jack is the author of Performance Dashboards and Analysis for Value Creation, published by Wiley in fall 2006. Jack is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Financial Executives Institute. He has an MBA from Rider University and a BS in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
